When the nature of your food activity alters or changes in any way, or your actual operation of your food business is amended, then the owner of the food premises is required to inform their local council or local authority of all the modifications and changes to ensure that the registration information is kept up to date. This includes informing the local council or local authority of any considerable alteration to food activities, as well as including food premises owners who in the process of closing the food business down.
